Podere Francesca is a charming rural villa, surrounded by extensive grounds, set in one of Tuscany’s most inspiring locations, among Val d’Orcia’s gentle hills and wide, colorful, valleys. Splendidly set atop the hills, the property offers superb views of the surrounding verdant hillside and nearby hilltowns.
Thanks to its striking location and fresh countryside breezes, Podere Francesca offers the privacy and full comfort of a “home away from home” and remains cool and comfortable also during the hot Summer months, though it has no air-conditioning.

Boiler heated swimming pool (12×6 meters) with straw changing hut and covered picnic area (with small fridge, pergola and cotta pavement). For the 2018 season the pool has been converted into a saltwater system, meaning no more free chlorine needed to be poured daily in order to maintain it clean. No more damages to your hair, dry skin, swimsuits fading, nasty smell.
