Villa Bernaldi is tucked away in a luxurious private gated estate on the hills of Camaiore, between the medieval town of Lucca (30 km) and the famous beach resorts of Versilia (9 km).
This breathtaking forest villa, newly renovated, with its secluded heated saltwater pool can accommodate up to 10 people, offering total privacy. It features 5 Bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful dining room with ensuite fully equipped kitchen, a grandiose living room with all the latest technology – high speed wifi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Google home. Have breakfast with a view of the secret forest, surrounded by Italian pine and Lebanese Cedar trees.
The private pool is temperature controlled – set it to your wishes. Pool beds and umbrellas are available should you wish.
Go for hike in the secluded estate during sunset and take in the wonders of nature. Total privacy is guaranteed. Choose one of the many garden spots to have dinner or aperitifs in.
Recently renovated, this rural villa has a typical Tuscan flair. Wooden beamed ceilings throughout and the original terracotta tiled floors in some parts of the house are 200 years old. At the same time the Villa offers many top quality modern comforts: a fully equipped kitchen, fast speed wifi and the best air conditioning the region has to offer.
This three floor villa features 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten people.
Adjacent to the villa is a cosy, private guest house with its own entrance. The guest house features 2 single beds (which can be converted into a double bed upon request) with en -suite bathroom (shower only) . It is bathed in sunlight during the day and quiet and private at night.
On the first floor of the main house there is a fully equipped kitchen with en suite dining room and a table that seats 10 people. This floor also has two adjacent bedrooms: one double and one with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor are 2 romantic master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, both spacious and elegant , each has a shower and a bathtub . We also provide a baby cot and high chair upon request.
There is a washing machine, a dishwasher, hairdryers in every bathroom, 2 TV’s, air-conditioning in every bedroom, heating, dvd-players with a library of over 200 movies, books in several languages, free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board. NETFLIX and Amazon Prime are also available for guests

The Villa is located inside a private estate, just 5 minutes drive away from the village of Camaiore. Here you can find local markets, shops, restaurants.
The Versilia area, just 9 km away from the Villa, is famous for its Beach Resorts and its nightlife: discos, restaurants, cafes, many along the sea front Promenade.
It’ s also famous for the market of Forte dei Marmi (every Wednesday morning) which has been going strong for decades. Beach resorts are comfortable and offer good service.
In 25 minutes by car you can reach the medieval town of Lucca, famous for the medieval walls and for its 101 churches In less than 1 hour by car, you can reach Firenze and Cinque Terre. Siena is about 1 hour and half away by car.
